Stevans offers Local & In-State Delivery through reputable third-party delivery services.

Each company is licensed and fully insured; providing you the peace of mind that your purchase will be delivered by trained professional movers.

Stevans Fine Furniture Consignment has an all-sales final policy, no exchanges or returns. Please measure your space, including doorways, halls and stairwells and inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

All items must be delivered within 3-5 business days. If you cannot accept delivery within 5 business days from the date of purchase, a $20 storage fee (per item/per day) will be charged until the items are delivered.

Customers are responsible for paying the delivery service directly in cash, by check or with credit card (if accepted by the delivery service).

Additional delivery costs will be incurred for heavy items, stairs, set up and for deliveries over 15 miles from the Stevans showroom.


Quoting Service

Navis will provide a shipping quote within four business hours of receiving the request. Please allow additional processing time for white-glove deliveries or international shipments. Shipping estimates are calculated based on the dimensions and approximate weight that Stevans will provide. At the Navis warehouse, they will process the order and adjust the quote for the exact specifications.

 

Pickup Service

Navis will pick up orders no later than five business days upon acceptance of the shipping quote by the customer and authorization by Stevans.You should receive your items within 2 to 3 weeks (10 to 15 business days) once it has been picked up from Stevans Consignment.

 

Customer Support and Billing 

Once Navis has scheduled the service, they will handle all communication and invoicing directly with you for shipping-related activities. Navis will proactively notify Stevans of any material or customer related issues that arise during the process.
